Kenneth is a First-Class Graduate of Economics and Business Studies (Marketing Specialization) from Redeemer’s University in Nigeria, Postgraduate Diploma Holder from the Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, an Associate Member of the same Institute and is currently enrolled for his MBA in Leading Innovation and Change from York St. John University, United Kingdom.
Kenneth has worked on several projects spanning across diverse sectors. Kenneth was Innovation Consultant with the World Bank, where he was responsible for mapping innovations that cut across agricultural productivity, livestock, market information, financial services, etc. Kenneth has also worked and consulted for developmental projects funded by Sustainable Food Lab (Food Loss and Waste Project), TechnoServe Inc. (State Partnership for Agriculture), Quantifying African Value Chains (TechnoServe UK), Accenture Nigeria (Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program), Farmcrowdy Limited, etc. Over the course of his professional career, Kenneth has deployed in excess of over US$ 20 million across several projects in agriculture.
Kenneth is the engine room that drives Agricorp. He designed the blueprint, implemented the model and is responsible for the structured deals with processors in the UAE, South Africa, India, Morocco and Amsterdam. He is the brain behind several agritech companies in Nigeria and advises them on growth and operational strategies. He sits on the Board of Agricorp as Executive Director both in Nigeria and Agricorp Holdings Limited (UK).
Wale is a Barrister, Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Louis studied Law at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria as well as attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus, Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University). He is an alumnus of Chicago Institute of Business, Illinois, United States of America and has done several postgraduate courses at the prestigious University of South Wales, United Kingdom.
Wale is an Accredited Member, Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) and a Professional Negotiator and Mediator with considerable experience in the areas of Oil & Gas, Secured Credit Transactions, Legal Compliance and Managing Legal risks, Human Resources Management, Corporate cum Commercial law and maintain keen interest in Agriculture, Construction, telecommunications, copyright, arts and craft, creativity, entertainment and property laws.
He was the pioneer Co-Founder of Agricorp International Development Ltd and He is currently the Legal Affairs and Crude Oil Lifting Manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation Exploration & Production Nigeria Ltd (CNOOC) and sits in an advisory capacity on the Board of several reputable organizations.
Ogadinma holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Redeemers’ University and an Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain from CIPS (The Chartered Institute Of Procurement and Supply Chain). He brings progressive experience in Management, Procurement, and Business Strategy amongst other specialized experiences.
Ogadinma is known for his strategies and innovative approach adopted over time and this he has proven severally when he worked for Nigerian Breweries Plc, Diageo Nigeria (Guinness Nigeria Plc) and a host of other international focused organizations. Ogadinma currently serves as the Managing Director for Agricorp International Development Ltd.
Dr Emmanuel Itoya Ijewere was born on October 30, 1946, and married with children. He is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant as well as Farmer. Mr Ijewere serves as the Chairman of several companies in Nigeria (Best Foods Group, Apel Capital & Trust Limited, Drum Resources Limited, Citadel Business School, Cold Chain Supply Systems Limited, Globe Crest Nigeria Limited, Naija Pride Agribusiness Limited, Past Chairman, Pinnacle Commercial Bank, etc). He served and currently serves on the board of numerous other organizations in Nigeria (Computer Warehouse Group Plc, Nova Merchant Bank Limited, Vallis Commodities Nigeria Limited (Collateral Managers), Past President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Past President – Accounting Bodies of West Africa (ABWA), Past Chairman- Value Added Tax Committee, Past Chairman, Extractive Industries – Sub-Committee of National Council on Privatization, member, Agricultural Transformation Implementation Council (ATIC), etc. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Nigerian Agribusiness Group – NABG (the umbrella body for Agribusiness in Nigeria).
